Ceceilia Castro


Ceceilia started as our client service specialist in May of 2014.  While in high school she completed a veterinary assistant program and received her certification.  She brings with her a wealth of experience from her 2 years working at Helen Woodward Animal Center in the adoption department. She is the pet parent of 2 horses, along with many well-loved cats. Ceceilia has a passion for anything Disney, as well as a love for her husband Dallas.  Ceceilia our office manager and doing a fantastic job since May of 2016.

Tori LeVey

Customer Service Specialist/Veterinary Assistant

A Poway resident since 1989, Tori came on board as a "perfect fit" for our clinic back in early 2008. Tori is a "Dog Mom" to Willow, Orca and Boonie. Tori enjoys RV camping and traveling with her husband John and being a grandma!

Savannah Hare

Vet Assistant / Receptionist / Fill-In Groomer

Savannah joined our team in 2018 full of eagerness to learn! Savannah had been a groomer prior to deciding to become a veterinary assistant. She took her love for animals and wanting to help them and decided to make the jump! She's great with animals and people and has real skill.

Hospital Assistant

Kieran has been with the clinic for many years. He helps with patients, cleaning and day to day tasks. He's a integral part of keeping our clinic running smooth and making people laugh with his witty jokes.

Ilona Habets

Veterinary Assistant

Ilona has grown up in PQ after moving here from Holland. She loves cats and dogs. She came to our clinic in October of 2013 looking for a fear free practice. She always wanted to be a veterinarian, but decided to pursue a career as a technician instead. She has 7 cats who she loves dearly. She also offers pet sitting in PQ and surrounding areas.

Tina James

Surgery Technician

Tina has been caring for our clients and our patients since September of 1997. She assists and supervises all of our surgeries and dentals, acting as the second in command to our doctors.
